Places to Get Info LIVE on WWDC 2009 (Apple’s World Wide Developer Conference)
In the past, I have compiled a list of sites that will have streams of information related to the Apple World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC 2009). Today, I’m a bit behind but am still hoping to get a list published quickly. The WWDC 2009 takes place in San Francisco from June 8-12, 2009. The Keynote starts at 10:00 am Pacific time.
The WWDC 2009 looks to be a very promising event for Apple fans out there. My predictions: immediate availability of iPhone Firmware 3.0, announcement of next generation iPhone (16/32GB, faster processor, video, more RAM, pre-loaded with 3.0) with an availability of July, Snow Leopard (next Mac OS X operating system) available in early August and some sort of a tablet announcement (XXL iPhone).

- MacRumors – they will have a live coverage of the event here: http://www.macrumorslive.com/ (note, I believe last year, during a live blog of the MacWorld Expo 2009, their servers were hacked)
- Ars Technica – they have had really good live coverage in the past. Their live blog is here: http://arstechnica.com/apple/news/2009/06/apple-wwdc-keynote-liveblog-coverage.ars (note: their live page also has Twitter, liveblog IRC and chat IRC listings)

- MacNN – I haven’t found their live page but in the past it has been at: http://live.macnn.com

Of course, if you want to watch things live on Twitter, you can potentially be bombarded with updates. I will try to post highlights as I hear them as well as my commentary on this on my Twitter account (@HighTechDad) so be sure to follow me for that. Some ways to watch:
