coditunes.jpgA bit delayed, heck, it is the holidays and we have all been pretty busy. But our Cast of Dads Podcast #2, which I have titled “Vomiting, Vaccines, Vacation & More” is now live! Obviously it goes beyond those three “V’s” mentioned. The Cast of Dads is a new podcast put on by 5 Daddy Bloggers. We all worked together on a Sony project (the DigiDad Project) and decided to form a group for podcasting independently.

In this, our second podcast, we covered a variety of topics including:

  • Sick Kids
  • H1N1 vaccines
  • Spring Break
  • Holiday travel with kids tips
  • When should a child get a cell phone
  • Mobile phone privacy
  • Microsoft Sync and the Ford Flex
  • Droid thoughts
  • iPhone Batteries & AT&T
  • The Quest for Sponsor

The podcast is available on Cast of Dads here. I have also embedded it below:

There were a couple of things that I talked about specifically on the podcast, namely the Bluetooth iPhone application that automatically locks and unlocks your Mac based on the proximity of your Bluetooth enabled phone. The application is called: Airlock and costs $7.77. I have tried it out and it is a pretty great app. There are some good updates that will be coming soon (as the developers of the application have told me).

Also, I discussed the Droid a bit and reference a Droid review that I did. I understand that the latest OTA update has improved a variety of items.
