I have been on the Developer Beta for a while now, but haven’t really played around with the lock screen (though I may have to soon).

One feature I had messed around with early on was using Apple Intelligence to fill in the gaps in badly cropped photos. It’s pretty darn amazing and works quite well. I also played with the angle-changing feature, which is equally amazing but not part of the lock screen changes (but you can modify an image to change the angle and then use it on your lock screen).

I’m not sure how I feel about generating wallpaper with AI. Part of the magic of the lock screen is to have your photos and memories bubble up to the surface occasionally. I have mine set to landscapes and nature; it’s a nice dichotomy from always being focused on tech. But I may have to test out the creation of some landscape and waterscape images.
